4. Analytics

To analyze the reach of the website, we use Umami. Umami does not collect IP addresses or store any information on the user's device (e.g., cookies). 5.1. Booking Requests

To process and handle booking requests, we use different services. Data submitted via a form (name, email address, company, billing address) is processed automatically through Zapier and forwarded to Mailchimp in order to send you relevant information related to your inquiry via email. In addition, we use Pipedrive and Outlook, to organize and manage requests internally. These systems are used exclusively for internal administration and communication in connection with booking inquiries.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

Your data will only be disclosed as part of the processing described above. In the case of a confirmed booking, the necessary personal data will be forwarded to the respective booked workspace. No further transfer of data to third parties takes place.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary,

  • to fulfill the purposes mentioned above;
  • to comply with our legal obligations.

8. Data Security

We protect your personal data stored with us against manipulation, loss, and unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved.
